Booking Policy

1. General Terms By enrolling in our swim lessons, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 2. Enrollment Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. 3. Schedule and Class Duration Classes will be held at either Escondido or Client's preferred pool. Each class will last for the listed package hours. 4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or rescheduling made by the participant must be communicated at least 48 Hours before the scheduled lesson to avoid being charged for the class. Cancellations due to inclement weather or facility issues will be handled by the instructor, with rescheduling options provided. If a class is canceled by the instructor, a makeup session will be offered or a full refund will be issued. 5. Rules and Conduct Participants must arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to prepare for the lesson. All participants must wear appropriate swim attire. Participants must follow all instructions given by the instructor for safety reasons. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the class without a refund. 6. Health and Safety All participants must complete a health questionnaire prior to the first lesson. If you or your child is feeling unwell or has had any recent injuries, please consult a physician before participating. 7. Liability Waiver By signing up for lessons, participants acknowledge that they understand the risks involved and agree not to hold AquaAura liable for any injuries or incidents that may occur during lessons. 8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
